Does the planner come pre-assembled?

No - the planner comes unassembled so you can assemble it in the way that makes the most sense to you.

Is it easy to assemble the planner?

Very! The whole setup should only take you a few minutes. Simply clip the discs onto one of your planner covers, then the other, then clip in the tab dividers and then inserts in small bundles of 3-10 pages in the order that makes sense to you. Add in your accessories and you're good to go!
How easy is it to move or remove pages or tab dividers?

Very! Simply lift them up and out. We suggest lifing your tab dividers out one sheet at a time, and your inserts in small groups of 3-10 pages.
