We pick and pack orders within 48 (business) hours. Our couriers generally pick up the same day our orders are packed, and take 1-5 working days to deliver within Australia.
Return any unused and unopened items with 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Your planner cover is built to withstand daily use and should last you a long time. If you get marks on your cover, you can wipe it clean. For pen or other difficult to remove marks, use a cotton tip and isopropyl alcohol as soon as possible after the stain occurs and gently dab/swipe to remove the mark.
Yes! Simply lift up and out to remove or move. To add pages to your planner, take 5-10 sheets at a time and gently press the mushroom punches on to the discs, one at a time.
At the moment we only ship to Australia and New Zealand, however we're actively looking at expanding to global shipping and hope to update this soon.
Our products are compatible with any other discbound inserts, discs or covers. At this stage our full range is A5, so just check their size is also A5 to ensure a fit.
