Paper State Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer exchanges for eligible items. Here’s everything you need to know:

Exchanges

We do not offer returns for unused or unopened items unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was sent. However, if you wish to exchange an unused, unopened item, we’re happy to assist:

  • To request an exchange, please contact us at kat@paperstate.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage for the item(s) being exchanged.

  • Once we receive the returned items in unused, unopened condition, we’ll issue store credit for the amount of the returned items. This store credit can be used towards your next purchase.

  • You’ll also need to pay for the shipping cost for the new items you’d like to receive.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept exchanges for used items. Once an item has been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at kat@paperstate.com.au with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged or incorrect product at no additional cost to you.

Important:

  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • If you received the wrong item, please get in touch immediately for a resolution.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for unused items unless the item is damaged or there is an error with your order. For damaged or incorrect items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method once the return is processed.

Please Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong product).

  • If the returned product is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used items (whether opened or not) cannot be returned or exchanged.
