Express Shipping:
Australia: Typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
International: Delivery times will vary by destination. The estimated timeframe will be provided at checkout.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australian and New Zealand orders over $120 AUD.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. If you’ve opted in for text messages, we’ll send your tracking details directly to your phone as well.
Shipping Costs
We offer flat rate shipping to Australia and New Zealand for $10.
For other countries, if we are currently shipping to that country, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and your selected shipping method. Free shipping applies to Australian orders over $120.
Lost or Damaged Items
We want your order to reach you in perfect condition. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damaged goods and send them to us at kat@paperstate.com.au. We will process a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
In case of a lost package, please contact us immediately if you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery timeframe. For domestic orders (Australia), we will check delivery confirmation to verify whether the package has been delivered. For international orders, please get in touch with us if the package hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office or the shipping carrier for more information about any potential charges before placing your order.
