Is this a complicated setup?
Not at all. Your planner arrives ready to use. You don’t need to configure anything or “build a system” before getting started. Simply open it and begin. Over time, you can customise it if you want - but you never have to.
What if I've never been consistent with planners before?
This isn’t about streaks or perfect habits. Because it’s undated, you can use it when you need it and leave it when you don’t. There’s no falling behind and no wasted pages - just a place to think, plan or prioritise when life feels full.
What if I don't use it every day?
That’s completely fine. The planner is designed to support you in busy seasons and quieter ones. Pick it up when you need clarity, and put it down when you don’t. It works around you, not the other way around.
Is it bulky or heavy?
Your planner is A5 in size, and the thickness depends on the capacity you choose (which you can always adjust later with different discs). Our compact planner is around 2cm in thickness with our expanded planner around 3.5cm thickness at full capacity, including the width of the covers. Your planner will likely weigh somewhere between 500g and 1kg in weight. The compact planner feels similar in weight to an iPhone, if not slightly lighter.
Do I need anything else to get started?
No. Each planner arrives complete and ready to use. You can always add inserts or accessories later, but everything you need to begin is already included.
Can I change the capacity, cover or discs later?
Yes. Covers, discs and inserts are all interchangeable. You can refresh the look, increase or reduce capacity, or reorganise your sections at any time. The system is designed to evolve with you.
Can I refill or customise it with different inserts?
Absolutely. Pages are removable and replaceable, so you can add new inserts, archive old ones, or reorganise sections as your priorities change. It’s built to adapt, not expire.
What if it's still not right for me?
We want you to feel confident in your decision. If it’s not the right fit, you can return your unused planner any time within the first 30 days from receiving it. Simply contact us at kat@paperstate.com.au and we'll walk you through the steps. Return postage will be at buyer's expense.
