Customs (NZ)

Orders to New Zealand may attract import duties/taxes. These are payable by the recipient.

Returns

• Change-of-mind returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging.
  
• Return postage is paid by the customer.
  
• Choose a refund to your original payment method or a store credit.
  
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
